Gate Opening

I made it to the locked bridge. Through a moss lined forest trail. Crunching quietly over the fallen leaves of yesterdays. Surrounded by naked trees reaching toward the darkening sky. I could feel the energy surging through me as I neared. The soft tinkering of fairy laughter

was like music flowing with the wind. Blowing me toward the beginning of our destiny.

For the believers were waking, coming out of hiding. As the calls of magic surrounded us all Tonight is the night the gate will be unlocked. For one day and one night fairy tales will once again roam free. And everyone will once again believe. Let us leave the days of following behind us and lead this story as we should have done all along.

Are you with me?

Can you tell others what truly is real?

Are you brave enough to come out of hiding for just one day?

When Fairy Tales Roamed Free

Do you remember when we all believed? Those who believed saw fairies for what they truly were. Magical creatures hidden throughout our lands. Fairies were free to fly and swim under the sun and dance within the moon light. Remember when we found fairy circles and knew never to step foot inside, for fear of disappearing to another land.

Lost was a time we all shared, one we wanted to believe in…one they never had to hide from. Where magical creatures roamed the streets and let their magic shine bright not worrying about being found out. They were just as we were: individuals, shining spirits, a piece of what the world truly was...

Magic.

The sun was a treasure, the moon was our gold. We shared what we could and celebrated life as a gift each day. We faced our enemies and kept each other safe. Yet we got chased underground, for savors were no longer seen as part of this world. Those who saw the truth for what it was went into hiding, savoring those memories of past times.

Do you remember when the bridge between both worlds was locked and the key washed from our hands? When we stopped seeing fairies yet told our children they were still real. Do you remember the magic that once roamed our lands?

I do.

The magic and those who held it were hidden from us for good and slowly they faded from our memories of past times. So, must the truth now be told? Gone were the magical creatures and in their place we became the followers. Following leaders that thought they were greater than any one individual could be. Ruling over lands. Telling us what they wanted the truth to be, making everyone forget what truly was. But some magic made it through, some remember that of the past, some remember what used to be.

Can you keep a secret from those who rule?

Long goes the myths of vampires roaming the lands, when werewolf’s turned to fairy tales told to make your children stay home while you slept. Where dreamers slowly faded away.

Lost will be the day when only children could believe. Once again everyone will finally see what truly is.

For one night and one day as we sleep sound the gates will be opened. The world will be brought together and our fairy tales will once again roam free and bring back the magic that once was.

Who will get the honor to witness this glorious time you ask? Those who never stopped believing, those who never stopped seeing what truly was, and those who can pick up a story book and make the pages come to life right before their eyes. We are the ones that will witness the truth unfolding. We will be the ones to bring these stories to those who stopped believing and give them a chance to believe once again.

Are you with me?

Can you tell others what truly is real?

Are you brave enough to come out of hiding for just one day?

Would you like to join me?

I am in the process of making a slide show for

WHEN FAIRY TALES ROAMED FREE

and I am looking for #ART work (as seen above)

to add to the recording.

Will you take this opportunity of family time and together #BELIEVE in fairy tales for just one day?

I will be waiting at the bridge. Don't wait until it is locked once again...
